施工的第一步是精準(zhǔn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘測(cè)與基層處理。施工人員需使用激光投線儀對(duì)電梯洞口進(jìn)行全方位復(fù)核,彈出中心線與水平控制線,確保后續(xù)安裝的絕對(duì)垂直與水平。在基層施工中,通常采用“木龍骨+細(xì)木工板”的復(fù)合體系。木龍骨需經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格的干燥與防火涂料處理,并按照200mm至400mm的間距牢固固定在墻體上;隨后鋪設(shè)的細(xì)木工板需進(jìn)行雙面防火處理,并通過(guò)氣排釘與自攻螺絲雙重固定,確?;鶎影迕娴钠秸日`差控制在2mm以內(nèi),為不銹鋼面板的完美貼合打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

不銹鋼板的安裝環(huán)節(jié),則是考驗(yàn)施工技藝的重頭戲。在正式固定前,需對(duì)預(yù)制好的不銹鋼板進(jìn)行預(yù)裝,檢查板塊尺寸與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的匹配度,并調(diào)整板塊間隙至均勻狀態(tài)(通常留縫1.5mm左右)。固定方式上,目前主流采用“結(jié)構(gòu)膠粘貼+機(jī)械固定”相結(jié)合的工藝。在板材背面采用點(diǎn)狀布膠法涂抹中性硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)膠,膠點(diǎn)間距均勻,邊緣部位嚴(yán)格控制距離;對(duì)于高度超過(guò)1.5米的大板塊,還需增設(shè)隱蔽式不銹鋼干掛件進(jìn)行輔助固定,以抵御長(zhǎng)期的震動(dòng)與形變。
